Our Lady’s School of Evangelisation offers a unique nine month residential course aimed at empowering young to live a more active Christian life and to be a witness to Christ in the wider community. It is ideal for those who are thinking of taking a gap year or career break.
OLSE has four aspects. Firstly Prayer Life: aimed to help students grow in their personal relationship with God (School of Prayer, Spiritual exercises, Holy Hour, Marian devotion and more). Secondly Academic Studies: (we offer our students lectures in essential aspects of Theology and an opportunity to be awarded a Certificate or Diploma in Evangelisation and Ministry by Maryvale Institute in Birmingham. This opportunity to study distance learning will also be open to anybody interested in doing this course on non- residential bases from the local area. Thirdly Community Life: Living together like a family, cooking, chores, sport and outings. We provide an international trip to Rome. Fourthly Outreach to young people in Secondary Schools, Universities and Parishes . We offer training in Evangelisation and Methodology (drama, music, testimonies, role plays, art). What comes next?
